Frequently asked questions

Are the glasses dishwasher safe?

YES! After your glasses have been sandblasted the etching that remains in the glass is permanent and will never fade or chip; you can wash them in the dishwasher or by hand.

Will my order arrive by Christmas?

Place orders for the holidays by DEC 8th. The earlier you order, the sooner your items will ship. Delays this time of the year are expected. We reserve the right to cut holiday orders off earlier than DEC 8th if needed to guarantee all orders placed ship on time, or to get caught up on orders.

How will my item arrive?

Our products are packed in new brown corrugated boxes with crimped, packed heavyweight crate paper as a sturdy cushion, and wrapped in newsprint to protect the glass/ceramic. Gift notes are included in place of a packing slip if requested, as well as our business card and branding elements. Some heavier items ship double-boxed for additional protection and we occasionally use recycled boxes for bulk orders or special ordered items by the case.

Can I design my own glass or mug?

Yes, if you would like to create the graphic elements and typography for your own item, we can help you by providing measurements and tips on what kinds of designs and font work with our particular process of sandblasting.

What is a digital proof?

When you place a custom order from our shop, we send you a graphic representation of how the design will look on the item(s) you ordered. When you receive your proof, you can request changes if needed.

Gift wrapping and packaging

We do not offer gift wrapping at this time. You can send your order as a gift with a note in place of a packing slip.

Can I get a discount if I order in bulk?

In most cases, we can offer discounts for bulk orders. The final cost of each glass depends on the amount of detail in the design, the total qty and your time frame.
